Themes:

Suspense, Thriller, Horror, Humour, Fantasy, and Sci-Fi

I. Eligibility

• Who can enter: The competition is open to everyone, provided they are from the same house.
• Originality: All entries must be original works.

II. Film Specifications

• Duration: 5 to 10 minutes (including titles and credits).
• Language: Hindi, English, or Punjabi (Preferably Hindi).
• Content: Suitable for a general audience. No excessively violent, explicit, discriminatory, or illegal content.
• Technical Quality: Submit in HD (1080p preferred), with clear audio and visuals.

III. Submission Guidelines

• Deadline: 23 June 2025, by 8 PM. Late submissions will not be accepted.
• Submission Method: Submit via Google Drive to the Cultural Committee.
• Required Info:
• Film Title
• Filmmaker(s) Name(s)
• Contact Email and Phone Number
• Brief synopsis (max 100 words)
• List of key cast and crew (optional, but encouraged)
• Submission Limit: One film per house.

IV. Judging Criteria

• Storytelling & Narrative (40%): Originality, plot, character depth, coherence.
• Direction & Cinematography (30%): Camera work, lighting, editing, visual vision.
• Sound Design & Music (20%): Audio clarity, sound effects, musical score.
• Overall Impact & Creativity (10%): Emotional appeal, message, and creativity.
