Brief Description:
An individual painting challenge to express your creativity and imagination — right from scratch!
Pre-released themes will be given, but with a twist! Staying true to the ideology of Yin & Yang, a surprise element will be revealed during the competition, which participants must incorporate. Let the chaos unfold!

Number of Entries:
• Individual entry only (one entry per participant)
• No limit on total number of participants per house
• Maximum participation points: 5 per house

Time Limit:
• 1.5 hours

Judgement Criteria:
• Creativity & originality (while adhering to theme): 25
• Use of color & technique within time limit: 10
• Theme interpretation & idea explanation: 10
• Cohesive use of surprise element: 30
• Final product: 25

Event Rules:
• No phones or reference material allowed during the event
• Ideas can be inspired, but execution must be original — plagiarism will not be tolerated
• Paste-ons are not allowed
• Participants must complete artwork within the given time
• Participants caught using reference during the event will be disqualified

Required Materials/Setup:
• Participants must bring their own painting materials: paints, brushes, palettes, crayons, oil pastels, etc.
• Sheets will be provided by the organizers
